《Accurate classification of pulmonary nodules by a combined model of clinical, imaging, and cell-free DNA methylation biomarkers: a model development and external validation study》發表于國際頂級學術期刊The Lancet Digital Health (影響因子：30.8)該項研究由基準醫療與廣州醫科大學附屬第一醫院何建行教授、梁文華教授團隊等24家中心共同完成，運用外周血cfDNA甲基化標志物、臨床信息和影像學特征構建了肺結節良惡性分類模型，用于肺癌的早期診斷。該模型采用“三分法”定義肺結節風險，準確率高達91%，可減少89%的良性結節不必要的侵入性檢查/手術、避免73%的惡性結節被延誤治療，臨床價值十分明顯。該研究成果發表在國際頂級學術期刊The Lancet Digital Health (影響因子30.8)。
